基于多色集合的工艺动态场景映射技术

摘要: 针对工艺信息自身的多样性和动态性特点,利用多色集合理论表达元素性质及其之间约束关系的特性,基于工艺流模型的工艺信息表达方式,以工艺活动为单元对工艺信息进行具有过程特性的组织,并定义工艺信息之间的约束关系,对工艺信息进行完整且可表达复杂约束的描述。以此为基础进行工艺动态场景间的推理矩阵建立及运算,提出动态场景的工艺信息多视图推演方法,从而提供工艺流模型中的各属性信息的多视图视角,对完整工艺信息进行灵活的、满足不同约束和层次的映射和提取,以适应不同系统对工艺信息的查看和集成应用的要求。

Abstract: Aiming at the diversity and dynamics of manufacturing process information,polychromatic sets were used to represent elements characteristics and their constraint relationships.Based on representation of process information for process model,the process information was organized was established with process characteristics by taking the process activity as unit.Constraint relationships among process information were defined,process information was able to be expressed thoroughly with complicated features.The reasoning matrix of process dynamic scenario was established and calculated.The deductive method to express the multi-view of attribute information in manufacturing process stream model was proposed to provide multi-view perspective for attribute information in process stream model.The proposed method was flexible to the mapping and extraction of complete manufacturing process information at different level and constraints,and was better serving for different system integration and process information utilization requirements.
